Login Help 

The most common problems students have with logging in to their course falls into the following categories:

1.  Make sure you are logging in to the correct course.  We often have several sections of the same classes running at one time.  Check to make sure you are logging in to the correct section.

2.  Make sure you are typing the capital and lower case letters in the UserID and Password correctly.  For example, the login process recognizes A and a as being two completely different characters.

3.  If you are able to log in but have trouble with the bulletin board, quizzes and other course features then you probably have a pop-up killer that is interfering with the course functions.  Pop up killers can be individual programs you run to avoid pop up ads while cruising the Internet or it can be a firewall or security program.  Hotmail and other free email programs often include pop up killers.  Just close the offending program down and you should be able to use the course features.

4.  Click on Browser Tune Up if you are still having trouble after logging in to your course.
